Pineapple Chicken

6 skinless chicken breast halves, split
Dash of pepper
Paprika, to taste
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic. minced

Arrange chicken in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.

In a small bowl, combine drained pineapple tidbits, mustard and soy sauce. Pour over chicken. Add minced garlic. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

Makes 6 servings.

Pineapple chicken, pork

This is such a good recipe. I chopped canned pineapple chunks, and sliced pork up. Peppered, garlic, and paprika to meat put in rice cooker with pineapple, dijon, and soy sauce, and chopped scallions,added some red pepper for spice. It only took about 10-15 minutes to cook and marinade in the rice cooker. Great with pork or chicken. Delicious over a 1/2 cup rice.
